Staff-to-dog ratio under 1:8
Industry minimum is 1:15. We run 1:6 during active play. Anything higher and your dog is background noise, not a guest.
Temperament assessment before day one
A proper eval isn't a 10-minute sniff test. It's a structured observation across multiple scenarios — and it protects every dog in the room.
Separate nap and play zones
Dogs need downtime. A facility with one open room all day is overstimulating. Rest rooms with natural light and quiet reduce anxiety by 40%.
Vaccination records checked every enrollment
Not just at signup. Every year. Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies — verified before they set paw inside.

7:00am — Arrival & morning check-in
Each dog gets a 60-second health check: eyes, gait, energy level. If something's off, we call you before they join the group.
8:30am — Small group free play
Groups of 8–10, matched by size and play style. Not all dogs together — ever. Your Chihuahua isn't playing with the Great Danes.
11:00am — Enrichment rotation
Sniff stations, puzzle feeders, tunnel courses. Mental work burns energy without overheating joints — especially important for puppies under 18 months.
1:00pm — Mandatory nap block
90 minutes in the rest room. Lights dimmed, white noise on, individual cot spaces. This is non-negotiable — even for the dogs who argue about it.
3:00pm — Afternoon play + outdoor yard time
Weather permitting, groups rotate through the outdoor yard. Wading pools in summer. Supervised sprinting. Zoomies at their finest.
